There is also no editor for 8.11! You need to hexedit all!

I saw a tool where it created the client by itself (8.1 I think), you just had to enter IP and Homepage adress

It was called TibiaCustomizer, it is in download section, at least should be there.

The TibiaCustomizer works just up to version 8.10!
To Hex edit the tibia.cfg you just need and hex editor!
You can hexedit all Links there, Texts also IPs and the Port is just a Port... you may also choose 7272 or 7373 or 7474 or or or!
