[Request] Experience Change

What I Want:

I was wondering if it was possible to change;
The 'Amount' of 'Experience' needed to gain a level.

I know I can raise the 'Experience Rate' but I dont want that.
I just want to make it 5% or 10% easier to get levels.

Is this possible?
Maybe Function onLogin?
