Hi, I woude like someone that is good on photoshop and homepages to make me a layout. Its kinda a icechaw type with total account and those.
In the buttons (menu) i wanna those to be kinda frost but have some ice taps on them. Background pic i wanna to be a type of red dragon thats sending a white, light blue attack right >>> on an other that are faced towords the other.
