[Request] NPC Ignoring you when PZ lock(skull)

Does anyone know if its possible to make a boat NPC ignore you, or send you a message like 'I dont transport playerkillers!' whenever a character is pz locked (or white skulled).

maybe adding in your npc script this:
PHP: 
	if getPlayerSkullType(cid) >= 1 then
            selfSay("I dont transport playerkillers!")
        end

I dont know if it works but you can try xD
