Hi i wonder if there are anyone that got a pic editor for 8.2~

Note: This is almost entirely the work of Trooper. All I did was add a GUI.
Note: CPSecure gives a false positive for W32.Email.W.Zhelatin.vi. Ignore this result.

C++ source is included.
As is Trooper's executable.

Instructions:
1) Run "Piceditor.exe"
2) Click the browse button.
3) Find the .pic you wish to extract.
4) Hit the extract button.
5) Edit images. (Will appear in an "images" folder in the same folder you extracted to. I don't know if using MSPAINT will work, just a warning.)
6) If you wish to replace the old .pic file, hit the compile button. Otherwise, enter the new location you want the .pic compiled at and hit the compile button.

Update (04 Apr 2008): fixed everything to work with unicode functions if _UNICODE is defined at runtime. This might fix issues for those who have unicode enabled on their operating system. If it doesn't, try recompiling yourself.

This also works for 8.22.

If a program is ever missing a .dll file, just google that .dll file and you can find it. Recheck and make sure it's not libpng13.dll.
