[Request] Scripter to made the same script from zion

Hello Guys,
I'm searching for the same script from Zion OT-Server,


This is the script:
-When player have with the "X" Sqm, and use talkaction "!Mark"
-Player can go to other "area" and use talkaction "!gotomark" and back to "X" sqm,
-To player use this commands need to be vocations only
{10,11,12,13}
-To player's execute this talkactions need to be without Battle!
-player only can use this command, every "x" Minutes

Anyone please can make it for me?
