Dude you told him not to remove the copyright and you put it in the bottom right where he can just smudge it out.

Most of Winnerandy's so called "art" is being made under these simple steps.
Step one, the first step, which requires most time sacrified. SEARCHING FOR AN IMAGE TO COPY! Luckely for him, there already exist a place where you can do such things without looking through google searches 24/7; It's called Deviant art. Search, copy, paste. DONE! Wait, what if the guy who made the picture haz copyrights? Fuck him, lets just blur that shit out, or use the new CS5 tool which removes shit like that! In some rare cases there has been occasions where he uses more than one picture
Step two, applying "coolness". Now, he can't just post a picture with a hotlink from deviantart, because then people would notice what a complete "photofag" he is. The answer? Give it some text! (usually something faggy like "Winnerandy" or his own name which I bet on is Andy, I think.) (Winner-Andy, you get it?
)
Step three, the last and most important step. There are alot of haters in this forum, but he dosen't want them around, so he makes a distraction which name is FAKE COPYRIGHT. Yeah thats it, he just adds a fake copyright and says he made it, simple as 1,2,3! Now, when people says: oo nice image, can haz? His answer will be: NOOO IS KOPYRIGT OK?? BUY 20 DOLLARS OR BYE. Don't blame him though, as I can't say he is the only one to do it; as I have done it myself many times before, and I am sure that everyone around here has done it atleast once. So don't go hating on him, and look at your own "art" instead. Atleast he has nice text.
Oh I almost forgot the secret step; step 1.5. He needs to find a tutorial to make the text he wants, he just simply searches for "ice text effect photoshop" in google, and voila, MAGIC!
