Requesting Maker files(quest,npc,spell,raid,monster)

Im using 0.3.6pl1 (8.54)

All the links are dead, does anyone have current versions of these "maker" tools?
Monster NPC Quest Raid Spell

It would be a good idea if someone who has these put them all into 1 big Maker tool. I think it would help alot of people.
