1) No. People have put far too much time etc... into this server for it to be reset just because you want it to.

2) Look at TwinForce - News. It's been up for less than a month and the highest levels are getting to where most of the top 5 of Softcores are.

It's not overly difficult to level here and there is no reason for a reset. Why fix what isn't broken?
