Restarter for TFS

Hello.

Today, I want to share with you my new restarer for TFS and it will work at another engines too I think. All you need is setting your server name to TFSres.exe, paste restarter.bat in same folder that you have your engine and run restarter.bat

WARNING!

Some anti-viruses may say that file contains an virus, but dont worry, thats mean it must inject an event to your engine.

Virus lol. open it whit notepad, thats stupid i can make a restarter whit 4 lines and u take 400 kb?
