RME can't load items.xml

Trying to open some 7.4 maps but getting the error "can't load items.xml" all the time.

How do I solve this?

No clue what you are talking about. What is TFS? I'm talking about Remere's Map Editor.

Btw, try to downloading a older remere's map editor version, if you're using the newest version.
