Windows RME Freeze

I been looking over this forums and nobody got that problem i got right now.

its freeze allways when im opening a map, even its 2 sec new its freeze on the palettes etc

i got a pic on it

AND NO its worked before i reinstalled my windows ...

Please help :/

Is that not enough?

maybe i got wrong windows or anything?

cuz im not sure if i got net framework 2.0 cuz i got win 7 64Bits

i coudlnt turn of the RME
i had to kill the procces
and lost almost the map ...
