Hi!

I was thining about new kind of OTS-Rook OTS. There wouldnt be mainland, only rookgaard. I think on that OTS would be really different rules. Map bigger that rl rook twice or even more. It would be possible to get new addons. Ofc many quests and rpg style.

And I have a question to you that will you play on OTS where there is no Oracle, main etc.?
 
Ehhh, unfortunately at this time, there is only RL map fashion, only small amount of players want to play on RPG server :(

This is because that almost everybody wants to hunt other ppl & get high lvl to get GM on server. Its sad :(
 
I've hosted a server just like you described previously. Unfortunately, it had very low popularity.
Instead, I've decided to make a Rookgaard War server with 2 teams, and players starting at level 8 with Island of Destiny equipment.
It was definitely a lot more popular than my Rookgaard RPG Server :)

How many players were playing on those ots. Did you closed your ot?

Yes, I've closed my OTServer.

Most of the time, I've had 40 players. (that was the maximum, since I haven't created more than 40 'sample' war characters)
Anyways, (In my opinion) Rookgaard would look really bad with more than 40 players PKing around.

I've also had a system where you could buy special items, like armors, weapons, shields, bags/backpacks of health/mana potions (those were referred to as 'upgrades') with your frags (represented as vampire lord tokens)
 
Seriously I'm really thinking about making that kinda OTS, cuz I have got map almost done. It needs to be scripted. Unluckily I havent got any scripter in our team.

Anyway, Zuaro and I will try to make better OT than than some OTS who have mainland.

I see what you mean. I would be looking forward to be your scripter, only if I wasn't already working on a project :( ...
 
I played some OTS with only Rookgard at ~7.8 times :> There was max 20 players online because every noob wanted H-EXP EVo map ;s I'll play on rookgard OTS ;p
