Router doesn't allow anyone to log on

Hello! I am currently hosting a rook-wars 7.6 and well when my friends tries to connect it gives them connection time-out but it loads the character list and i've portforwarded in both my router and in the windows firewall in the router it looks like this!

And it looks pretty much the same in the Windows Firewall... It works when i remove the router but when i plug it in it doesn't and well my family uses the router as well... So they wont let me plug it out.
It's been working before with the router but then i hosted with other clients such as 8.00 etc... could that be the problem?

Are you sure that the computer you are hosting the ot has the IP 192.168.1.2?

Foward both TCP and UDP. Like MrSheen suggested make sure your fowarding the IP on your hosting computer. Might be helpful if your config file is accurate. Also don't be afraid to turn off windows firewall and test it that way. You never know

When you reset your router, your computer IP may change so try to refresh and see if its the same, and if so then try also to open the UDP ports and not only TCP as Wasted mentioned.
