Hi all,

Im the owner of RoyalLegacyOnline
Royal Legacy is a custom Tibia-inspired 15.00 world built around progression, community gameplay, quests, bosses and long-term character development.
Im running a canary server on a linux host with ubuntu.

Im working on this for a while now.
But maybe i could use some help.

Building it all alone ATM.
And its going well but it costs me alot of time wich i dont always have.

So im thinking about getting some enthousiastic aboard.

Convince me!

I think you do need to tell more about your project in order to get more people interested.
On the website I do not really see information that tells me a lot about the server in general, the only usable/valuable information I can see on the website is that you have the Monk vocation and that's about it, the rest is all standard info not giving me any further insight in the server.

For Players:
They want to see features, in-game screenshots or videos (preferably gameplay), and what they can do on your server. Now, the website is very much overkill for what it does; it's just a very nice account creator now.

To get other Devs:
Make sure they get a good overview of your project, your ideology, your workflows, and your goals for the server.
- Next to that, I must also warn you not to hire just anyone, always be careful, and remember that trust is always built, never gained after a conversation.

Yes understandable.
created this quick mostly for the client download.
But thats the thing the server the website etc.. eats my time.

Not that thats a big problem but a little help would be nice sometimes haha!

I completely understand the amount of work required, however you got a great start, just needs some more information, but that alone can take some time. I've been making a Gitbook for over a year now trying to keep up with all updates and features, I thought it would be finished within a day or a week or so but no

Add me on Discord if you want (I'm also Dutch), I can help you setup BetaHub, it's a tool (free) I use to deal with suggestions/bugs/support also collects sentiments and useful information from Discord Channels, and has a Discord Bot that helps me a lot. (You can test it out on my Discord)
It's like having a CM on your side doing the most time-consuming thing: tracking and organizing bugs and conveying information to the players.
Players can ask it questions, easily report bugs and suggestions, also in-game, and everything flows to one Dashboard.

• Players talk about how to use a rope in chat? Bot will answer.
• Players talk about a bug? Bot will listen and will write a bug report without a player even reporting.

I cannot really help managing anything else since I have my own project but I love automation and for solo devs, these are key to work efficiently without having your brain full all the time, so you can focus on one thing: creation
