Hello, I am looking for a open tibia server to play that has the following properties;

♦ RPG
♦ Low exp rate / medium exp rate
♦ Custom map
♦ Custom features
♦ Has players playing

In short, I am looking for a well made, but more importantly custom server. Znote's quest ot it a perfect example of the kind of server I am looking for, but it seems that Znote quest ot will take a long time to finish.

I think its very fun to play at a server that has custom things, the other day I have read about a server where you can accualy buy your own farm, grow crops and sell them. Stuff like that seems really fun.

Any suggestions?

Necronia is really custom made, looks really fun.

Would play it myself but it crashs 24/7 and says <Necronia doesnt answer" etc!
 
Thanks for the replys. Necronia seems a bit to crash-ish for me.
I've played Ascalon since the first day it went up, and I am in the top5 in the highscores. Its a really good server, but the progress is made fairly slow. So when you reached the level cap like I did, there is not much to do. Its still fun to login once a week to see if there is a new area released, or a new quest, but so far I've played all content avalibe.
 
I have still not found any good OT to play. Lots of ots that I would be very happy to play seems to be stuck in developement for ever. How is it possible, that with all the resources, possibilities and people willing to play & donate, there is not a single playable RPG unique server out there?
 
In deed Necronia was a little crashy during last month, but thanks to players that were playing int and giving us reports, we managed to get rid of most (if not all) crashing issues. Uptime rised from 7h (at begining) to 52h now. It would probably stay longer but we are updating it.

I hope (and I actualy pray for that) that Necronia will be developed like forever.
We really want to make you feel RPG atmosphere on that server.
