Webdesign RPG layout, not well made.

I wanted to share my first RPG layout I've ever made. I made this one for like a year ago or something I won't continue on this layout but I'd like to hear your opinions about how it looks like and what could be improved.

Feel free to rate the layout as well.

I dont like the header (img)..
And i see you mixed the Ultimate Explosioners name

But i like the glowing and the golden things
The golden dragon isnt that nice.. But it works

@Alek: Sorry, I am currently not doing any kinds of jobs.

The golden dragon wasn't made that well It was just there to be an example picture tbh.
