RPG that starts off with lvl 150's?

I recently started an OT server for my friends, I started playing War servers which has built in level 100 characters (But you people already know that ) But now my friends are bored, and I'm hoping that I could start and RPG version, with preloaded Level 150 characters eq and runes/pots.

Here is my problem now. What I tried doing was creating each character (Elite Knight, Royal paladin... etc) level 150's. However this is quiet s long and repetitive task. Changing up skills, exp, I don't know how to give character equipment through code (SQL stuff) So I make it on my GM and give it to my character. As you can see this is very irritating. I was wondering if there is a quicker way to do this? :/ Also when characters die they can relog as if the death never happens, no item loss etc

I hope that someone can help me, and I truly appreciate all help that is given.

There is a config file for that.
If your using a AAC just check in it's folder for a config file.
You can set lvl,ml,skills and eq.
If you want to give runes and such simply make some chests with that.
