I asked him them to move, but the response was from both Veerath and Cabrito "NO"..

And as you can see on the time I sent my message and the time at my computer = 15 minutes.
Cabrito and Veerath had some rude statement aswell.. Such as: "Suck me" and "Just stfu .!.".

Your rules say;
Blocking off areas

It is not tolerated to block off an area for longer than 15 minutes. This is a serious abuse of a game weakness and may lead to a banishment of your account.

Interesting note: There is an exception for this rule during guild wars, if teams choose to block off an area as a defense they may do so. Upon reports about players blocking off areas, a gamemaster will judge if it is considered a battle defense or violation of this rule.

Well, there was neither a war nor anybody near.

He is still allowed to block the path for 15 minutes. Once these 15 minutes has passed, he violate the rules. Unless you started a timer and recorded your timer and Tibia Client we cannot do anything about this. Thanks for your report though.

Why would we defend our friends because of ShadowCores rules? And also we're not able to ban them if they haven't been there blocking the path for more than 15 minutes.
If they really been there blocking for over 15 minutes then please, let us know with a legit proof so we can do something against them if you wish so.

With a legit proof?
They stood there for 15 minutes (Shown as "Legit" proof).... And any second more than 15minute = More than 15 minutes..
