Rule Violation Window (CTRL+Y) is not working.

Hi there.

I have upgraded TFS from version 0.2 to 0.3.1, and suddenly GM window stopped working.

I tried to fix it, so I looked into the source. Violationaccess in groups in database was already set as "4" and there is nothing to do with flags. I have GOD account (group id 6) and it's simply not showing, even that I can't open this window.

How to solve this?

I believe it's not in the server anymore. Only way to report people at the moment is to simply right click on them and set a rule violation.
