RevScripts Rune/item idea on us makes area of pz zone for duration of time

Hey! Please if possible help me with such idea realization :))

idea if vocation XX use rune/item on x/y/z it creates 3x3 area of pz zone for 26 seconds and in middle of created pz area timer going

TFS: 1.4+



i beleve it will require source editing, no idea tho..
