Runes and Potions 1000 uses per 1 stack?

Hello, I have got problem with Runes and Potions. I need solution for question in title.
Let me explain:

I think I can change it in source code but idk where;(
I tried change it in items.cpp and item.cpp but didn't results .

You can't make it show number 1000 in client, but, ...

Oh, you can't do it with actionIDs either in client version 8.60 or newer because the potions are stackable! =|
