Sample Characters on highscore?

Hiya, like the title says, im having a issue where my "sample characters" are appearing on my highscores. Just want to know if i can make them dissappear or are they stuck there?

Not sure how to remove them, I never did, they just dissapear after your server starts getting more players as they get bumped off lol
