Saved players, where?

Where can I find all the players that are saved on my server?
I use the ots "The forgotten server 8.4"

And how do I make an game-master account?:huh:

Okay well, people post this every day. Every server you can mostly find from 8.11+ is SQL. But first of all SQL stands for Structured Query Language.
And if you need more help on this please PM me and ask for help.
