How-To, Install:

Needed: Photoshop (I used CS3), an IQ of 70 or higher.

GoTo: Paintbucket Tool -> Foreground, choose pattern -> Press the patterns -> Press the 'lil arrow -> Press load -> Find the 'Scanlines.pat' -> Load -> Use it.
