I got lowwar server, and i need this script like lvl 100 cant kill lvl 30. I want it with stages.

The server your using is very primitive and doesn't allow for things such as stages or protection levels, there isn't a whole lot of customization you can do with this version of an ot.

I've already checked the sources and most of the script functions are limited to spells, actions & the config file, there isn't any functions to check the level of the player so modifying spell damage in relation to level barriers won't work.
