Script on WAR OTS, Skulls when reach xx frags :)?

I need the script on WAR OTS, like: you have white skull when u reach 100 frags, red skull when u reach 500 frags.. But when u have this RS u will not lose eq of course still.. ;p sry for bad english

This require source editing, not to get skull but to take away the lose of eq, the abilitys of the skulls
