There is a big difference between sharing an OT, advertising on OTList/OTServList/OTLand, and marketing your server on say television/steam (extreme examples). If you move away from the tibia community and start to "mass advertise" you must resprite your "GAME". Notice that I bold/caps GAME because TIBIA is a copyrighted product, you can and most likely will get sued eventually for stealing their software.

If your server uses the normal tibia client. It is an OT.
If your server uses the normal tibia artwork (even 1 piece). It is an OT.
If your server does not use either of these. It is a new Game.
