Are you looking for a 7.4 source that is based on XML files? Bad idea.
What you are looking for if you want a oldschool server is a 7.72 source with 7.4 items/damages and formulas. It's a lot of work, but this might be a start:

No one will share their 7.4 server without bugs. There is no "download & run" oldschool server, so be prepared to do a lot of work to get one working.
