You will need to download the Tibia client 8.54 as well, and then localize the tibia folder. Usually in C:\Program\Tibia

How I start maaking maps now ?

When you have installed Tibia client 8.54, and got the mapeditor opened. You just have to chose one of the doodads, or switch to RAW.
