Select PVP MODE on website? REP+++

Anyone know how to make players can select PVP / NO PVP when create new Character? And cannot change again?

I think syntax did a script like that and released it.. it's basically two different player group types with different flags to set if they are attackable or not.. also some creaturescripts.. PM that guy..

Or just make it with storages.. when you create the character.. execute a query inserting a storage value for the new player.. and make a creature script.
