Hello,

there are some players that think they can crash my server. If you see one of the following names on your servers then ban this guys: Fisch or Cold Ice
I don't know how but they can crash your apache server and if the got luck ur MySQL Server, too!
But one thing. How can I save my Apache & MySQL Service?

Ban the IP Range´s of them or make a .htaccess That blocks the ip from the crasher in your Htdocs Folder.

ok first of all.. how can I check this IP and how to make this file..I know theres lastip on the SQL database but I cant see a normal IP there..
and how to make an IP-Range Ban on Server AND homepage?

C:/Xampp/Apache/Logs/access.txt
and make a .htaccess file with this contain like this:

Order deny,allow
Deny from 85.179
Deny from 78.150
Allow from 85.180

or if u are using Windows Based OS Try
Peer Guardian 2
He can block IP-Ranges search Some tutorials how to block the Ranges.

yes in the Htdocs folder
Deny FROM IP is BLocking ip
and Blocking from Tibia server or whole network
use peer Guardian 2

which driver do I have to install?

This programm bans only the Begins IP like 205.185.xx.xx - 205.186.xx.xx is banned,this is simple for effective secure for DDoS. This not bann everyone

I Guess u need the pgfilter.sys
here is it:

copy the file in peerguardian folder

U can see the crasher´s ip with the log file in xampp open
C:/Xampp/Apache/logs/acces.txt
go down and u can see much conections on same ip that is DDOS.

Becous the program can block certain IP-ranges with the correct setting
its nice when u´r server is allways under DDoS Attacks than u can ban the ip range

nightmare is right banning ips is the worst solution to this problem..infact its not a solution

Why would you use PeerGuardian?

It's handy, it archives all connections/ips to the server.
