Server Broadcast

My server has a broadcast message, and I cannot find the file its in or any idea where it could be located.. It appears in orange and says

23:46 Do you want to donate to the server and get awesome donation items in reward? Buy your points in this link, You can donating by using SMS, Phone: ~~~~~~

Also, Im having an item loss problem...... Without aol, any character doesn't drop anything on body. I have no idea why.. Can someone help?

Server broadcast fixed, it was by NPC..

And no, noone drops anything... with or without aol...
