Gz. I bought a house put my all itens there (one special.. demon helmet) and with Crash i lost my demon helmet, and demon helmet can't get it back because its a quest already done.. So Gm can give it back?

Sorry, we cannot restore the items. They are stored in the server memory until the global server save, if it crashes during this time everything that didn't save is lost. Your character is saved everytime you relog.

But there are also some good news - this crash has been addressed now so this should not happen again.
