Windows Server Crash.. Everytime i start server..

Hello!
Every time i wanna start my server it come an error... Some 1 know what it is maybe?!

Here is also my Report.txt (attachment) I don't know much about the error.. :/ so i thought you guys maybe know! xD

bad scripts try dl data folder from clean server and try again
