Server crashing tfs 0.4

Hello i dont know whats happening but sometimes after i restart my server, it starts crashing like 3 times, the restarter restarts it and then stop crashing, i have disabled the house commands like aleta sio, aleta grav and aleta som. But still crashing

Im running on windows server 64 bits.
Should i compile the server under 64 bits or what?
