Server doesnt connect for some

Hello,
i bought a direct IP ( Dream Wars - The server of your dreams ) but it doesn't work for everybody.
Like here in my house it doesn't work, in some friends pc it works and in others it doesn't.

I can only connect here by the main ip ( 69.162.94.210 ).
Also, in the site, STATUS appears always OFFLINE, even if i configure to 69.162.94.210 the IP.

I can connect on the server and on the website with 69.162.94.210 but not with dreamwars.org.

Pretty angry with that, help me please.

Did you buy a DNS host, or simply a port 80 redirect mask? >.<

Sorry i don't know exactly, i'm unexperienced in that.

I don't know if is that but when i click in services (at the company site) i appears that i bought this:


Domínio internacional .org - dreamwars.org [Alterar DNS] Ativado / Registrado

Translating:
International domain .org - dreamwars.org
and an option to [Change DNS]
