Windows Server don't crash but players logout!

Dear Otlanders

My console after a hour or two, don't crash but all players get like blocked, the server in the page shows Offline, but If I online (I'm the Hoster) I still playing, but the others are offline, server don't close, don't show any error msg!

Using Rev 3884!
