Windows Server Help 7.6 *Paying*

Hello, I'm looking for somthing quite simple, i'm looking for someone to set up my server and to set up a AAC for me on my computer via remote desktop. This should be quite easy considering its an Oldschool 7.6 Neverland! I will be paying ofc.

I have most of the sever done I just cannot seem to get it online other than for me (127.0.0.1), and I have not done anything with the AAC.

I need assistance as soon as possible.
