Everytime i try to start up my server it doesnt wana connect to my database. i double checked everything and everything seems to be right. i keep getting this error when i try to start it up:

Loading database driver...Failed to connect to database. MYSQL ERROR: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
[09/01/1980 10:24:06] > ERROR: Failed to connect to database, read doc/MYSQL_HELP for information or try SQLite which doesn't require any connection.

do you have your apache and mysql running in your xampp?
is your database connected to your mysql database in your config?
