[Server] Lagg when rightclick

I'm hostin a server with 80MBIT net, and a nice processor. My processor is only at 30% and ram at 60% but players lagg when they right click, they dont like if walkin with keypads or anything else. What's causing the player to lag when rightclicking?

Help me please.
