-Active search (for name/ip), means you dont click on search button. I guess it would filter meanwhile you write. If you write "no" it would show all servers containing that phrase and if you keep writing "no-ip" it would filter off more servers, maybe some server that was named "Noob war". Like I said, no search button. Maybe the search/filter should be delayed with 1 second or so to prevent spamming.
