Server Loosing connection to mysql

My server is always loosing mysql connection, idk if this is a tfs problem or mysql.
Pay $$$$$ to the one who solves this.

@Snapzin i have optimizing mysql using mysqltunner and nothing works, how do you will optimize it? Using a 24 gbs pc for a rl map....120 mb map size, 200 players average.
