Now that you said you would fix the crashes, could you also replace my lost items in my house? I have been waiting a very long time now for my lost items due to the new update, and I'm starting to loose my patientence now, so does alot of other people.

Iv'e been told this and that, but nothing have happened, and it shouldn't be so hard really. If you need time to do it, I understand that, but please just give me a straight answer about when I will get it back.
