TFS 0.X Server Offline but Online?

Hey guys!

I have problem with OTS Lists. Everytime I try to add my server there server shows as Offline with 0/0 players.
I have players playing already so with connection everything seems fine.

Ive noticed one thing tho, everytime OTS List want to ping my server i receive Error in console:
[Warning - Protocol::RSA_decrypt] Not valid packet size
[Warning - Protocol::RSA_decrypt] IP: 37.187.146.122
