Why my server crashs every server save?

It's in PT-BR, but i think you know what is..., if don't msg me...

I'm useig the last Rev(464).
I tested whit GUI and whit console.
and when it's crashs some players lose itens, lvls, skills, ...

Sorry for my english and please help me, Olavo.
