Lua Set level

Is there a command to set, for example, level 8 to level 500 with maxhealth and maxmana, and experience? If not, does anyone know how to script it?

Ok, it works, but how to reduce levels??

for some reson it just adds 1 lvl at a time, same with the skill lvls
