Setting up a proxy server (to reduce lag to a certain region)

Hey guys, Anyone experienced in this?

Looking for someone who would know how to help setup a EU proxy server (currently server location in NA) To reduce the ping for players from EU.

Willing to pay for help with this

So use an external service or possible script to determine the location of the ip which is connecting to the server
