the way you've taken the screenshots has stretched the pixels of the tibia sprites.

options/graphics/advanced/don't stretch

Was your game window allowed to stretch as in so your playing in the maximum width and height of the frame the gameplay is displayed on?, when you have your game window stretched to the max it stretches the pixels of the tibia sprites with it.

Play it with 459x380 res. Options > Graphics > Advanced > Do not shrink game window
