Well, I used the Dao Pay mode to buy my points, and I chose the option of 88 points. And missing two messages confirming my balance was over, and did not get any points. Thought that, for making three steps confirmation reach at least a part of the points, but this did not happen. And, It's happened to my friend too, but he sent the 5 messages and arrived only 73 points, not 88. Please, what could be done about it?

Thank you for contacting us on the forums. Hmm... What I can see by looking at your post is that something has gone terribly wrong in the process or that you did something wrong on the run. Did you retrieve any reciepe? Could you guide me through the process (like, 1. eg 2. eg 3. eg)...
